摘要
将预活化的沥青基炭球在不同金属盐的水溶液中浸渍,使之负载有金属,然后进行活化处理。结果发现:活化过程中氢气的存在可以提高铁、钴、镍催化活化反应速度,但对钇催化的活化反应速度却有抑制作用。在氢气存在条件下制得的沥青基球状活性炭的中孔主要分布在30~50nm 处,而在氮气气氛中制得的中孔主要分布却在2.0nm 处。
Pre\|activated pitch\|based carbon spheres were impregnated in aqueous solution of different metallic salts to prepare the pitch spheres containing metal.The samples were then activated by steam in nitrogen or hydrogen atmosphere.The results showed that hydrogen enhanced the activation rate of pitch\|based carbon spheres containing Fe,Co and Ni,while inhibited that of pitch\|based carbon sphere containing Y.The mesopore of pitch\|based spherical activated carbon(PSAC)obtained in hydrogen was mainly distributed at 30~50nm,while that of PSAC obtained in nitrogen at 2\^0nm.The ratio of mesopore in PSAC increased in the presence of hydrogen.
