摘要
农民工是我国改革开放和工业化、城镇化进程中涌现出的一支新型劳动大军,他们为社会主义现代化建设作出了重大贡献。但不容忽视的一个问题,即农民工自身素质状况影响着中国社会经济的发展和社会稳定。要求我们应通过教育体制改革、强化政府和工会的作用,同时加强企业文化建设,提升企业家的社会责任,从而全方位地提升农民工的素质。
As a new labor force in industrialization and urbanization of China,migrant workers have made great contribution to socialist modernization construction.However,the situation of migrant worker＇s quality impacts on the social and economic development and social stability of China.We should improve migrant worker＇s quality through reforming educational system,giving full play of the government and trade unions,enhancing the construction of corporate culture and social responsibility of entrepreneurs.
