摘要
企业一线职工是企业建设和发展的主体,也是企业和谐与社会稳定的基础。深入研究和及时解决企业一线职工收入分配的新情况、新问题,维护好、发展好一线职工的经济权益,是发挥好、调动好企业一线职工的积极性、主动性和创造性的必要前提。上海企业一线职工工资收入在改革开放以来有了很大增长,但同时也还存在相对水平偏低、身份导致差异等问题,需要全面分析原因并采取相应对策措施加以解决。
The front - line employees are the main force of enterprise development and the foundation of harmonious enterprise and stable society. We should study on and resolve new problems of income distribution of the front - line employees of enterprises, protect economic rights and interests of the front - line employees so as to give full play to the initiative of them. Since the reform and opening, the wage income of the front - line employees in Shanghai enterprises is improved greatly. However, some problems as low level, identity differences and so on, need to be analyzed and put forwards countermeasures.
