摘要
《酶工程》是高校生物技术、食品、生物工程等专业的主干课,是一门技术应用性很强的学科,而实验课作为联系理论与实践的桥梁,尤为重要。文章分析了传统酶工程实验教学中存在的问题,提出了革新思路。
Enzyme engineering is a key course in bioengineering, food and biotechnology majors. This course not only helped students systemically master knowledge, but also enabled students practise well in the future. This paper analyzed the problems met in traditional enzyme engineering experimental teaching and raised some innovation ideas such as providing more off-campus practice opportunities, strengthening the student ability, implantation of innovative ideas, appraisal system reform and more combination with human health.
