摘要
在参考我国其他行业建设项目后评价方法、理论的基础上,根据城市轨道交通建设项目的特点,提出一套以功能后评价为核心,包含过程后评价、经济后评价、影响后评价、可持续发展评价、综合后评价在内的城市轨道交通建设项目后评价方法体系。该方法体系在北京地铁5号线建设项目后评价课题的研究工作中得以应用,最终的评价成果获得了业内的广泛关注和好评。
Referring to methods and theories for the construction projects＇post-evaluation of other professions in our country,a set of post-evaluation method systems are presented according to the features of urban rail transit projects.The systems comprise the function post-evaluation as the core,and process post-evaluation,economy post-evaluation,impact post-evaluation,sustainability post-evaluation and comprehensive post-evaluation.The systems have been applied to Beijing metro Line 5 construction projects,and the evaluation results have acquired the recognition and approval of professional colleagues.
