摘要
通过对北京地铁4号线钢轨异常波磨情况的全线调查,得到全线钢轨异常波磨出现的主要特征;针对波磨情况最为严重的轨道减振器扣件区段,进行钢轨原始不平顺评估、钢轨硬度测试以及减振器扣件轨距保持能力的测试分析,初步明确轨道减振器扣件产生钢轨波磨的原因,并针对具体情况给出整治措施。
Based on the comprehensive survey of abnormal rail corrugation for Beijing Metro Line 4,the characteristics of rail corrugation were figured out.In order to find out the causes why serious corrugations appeared on the shear-type fastening system section,rail initial roughness was evaluated,and rail hardness and the lateral deflections of the shear-type fastening system were measured.Based on the above analysis,the reasons of abnormal rail corrugation due to the shear-type fasteners were identified,and some remedial measures are proposed in the paper.
