摘要
在直柱塞泵流量特性理论研究的基础上,提出并建立斜柱塞泵流量特性的理论体系,通过计算机仿真分析结果表明,虽然同条件下斜柱塞泵流量脉动情况比直柱塞泵略差,但在柱塞倾角小于20°的情况下差别并不大,几乎可以忽略.在同等情况下,斜柱塞泵由于柱塞倾角的存在,有更大排量和更小的体积,柱塞的离心力更有助于柱塞的回程,也更有利于减小配流盘直径,降低缸体配流面运动的线速度.
A set of theory for researching on flow characteristics of piston pump with inclined pistons was presented and set up on the basis of flow characteristics theory of piston pump with paralleled pistons.It was shown by computer simulation analysis that although the flow fluctuation of piston pump with inclined pistons was a little worse than that of piston pump with paralleled pistons in the same condition,the difference was not great and almost could be ignored when the piston inclined angle was less than 20°.In identical condition,the piston pump with inclined pistons exhibited more superiority e.g.bigger pump displacement and smaller pump size due to the incline of the piston.The centrifugal force was beneficial to the back stroke,reduction of the diameter of the valve plate,and reducing the circumferential velocity of the motion of valve surface.
