摘要
设计了一种基于机器视觉技术的圆柱形工件自动检测及智能分拣系统.针对畸变产生的原因和对系统的需求,采用非线性校正方法和亚像素数字图像处理技术实现了对圆柱体类零件的非接触精密测量,同时设计了一套智能分拣装置,根据检测结果,将工件进行分类放置.实验结果证明该检测系统的检测精度优于5μm,系统初步应用于工厂流水线,使检测效率得到提高,产品误判率降低.
This paper presents a dimension detection and intelligent sorting system for circular cylinder parts based on machine vision. A non-linear calibration method is used for the correction of the image distortion. A sub-pixel image processing technique is used to implement the untouched precise measurement of circular clinder parts. In order to sort the workpiece according to the dimensional accuracy, a intelligent sorting appartus is designed. The experiment result show that the detection accuray is above 5 μm. The system is applied on the factory plunger pin production line. It can improve the detection efficiency and deduce the misdruge probability.
