摘要
选用不同公司生产的热塑性丙烯酸树脂对三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)进行紫外光固化(UV)改性.研究发现,改性效果最好的热塑性丙烯酸树脂是美国罗门哈斯生产的甲基丙烯酸甲酯(A-21).将A-21按不同比例对TMPTA进行UV改性,测试改性树脂的硬度、附着力、耐磨、耐高温高湿、光泽、相容性、耐溶剂等性能,发现当A-21占改性树脂的20%时,为其最佳比例.
The trimethylolpropane tris-acrylate (TMPTA) was modified with thermosplastic acrylicresin for UV-Curing coatings. The methyl methacrylate (A-21) from Rohm and Haas, U. S was best. TMPTA was modified by A-21 at different proportions. The hardness, adhesion, stand wear, stand fire and-humidity, luster, compatibility and corrosion-resistant of the modified resin was measured. 20% of A-21 in the modified resin was the optimum proportion.
