摘要
本文讨论了EVA树脂、树脂用量、蜡用量、炭黑用量、油墨层厚度、油墨层热容量、带基厚度及承印材料等因素对热转印色带转移性能的影响,提出了提高热转印色带热转移率的措施。
This paper reports a study of main factors affecting the transfer properties of thermal transfer printing ink ribbon, namely the choice of EVA resin, the amount Of resin, wax and carbon black used, the thickness and thermal capacity of ink layer, the thickness of base film and the type of printed ma terial etc.,and their infiuence. Methods for improving the thermal transfer rate of ink ribbon are sug gested.
