摘要
介绍了杭州市电力局基于PI和TMR系统研制开发的变电所电能表远程比对软件.指出了该软件在实用化进程中存在的问题,提出了与之对应的解决方案,并制定了实用化目标.
The Substation Energy Meter Remote Comparing System based on PI database and TMR system of Hangzhou Electric Power Bureau is introduced.The development of this software is described,some problems that exist in the practical process and how to deal with them are discussed.
