三维复合絮垫的压缩性能影响研究

摘要 研究并分析了中空三维织物对絮垫压缩性能的影响。研究表明,三维织物填充纤维所制得的纤维絮垫在受到压缩作用时,产生的压缩变形及恢复性能明显得到改善;其中以方形织物受到压缩产生变形较低,以X型三维织物填充絮垫的恢复性能最佳,三角形结构提升稍低。 The influence of hollow three - dimensional fabric on result showed that the compressibility and restorability of such kind Change level of shape of squared - fabric was lowest, restorability of fabric was the best one and the improvement of triangle structure was batts compressibility was analyzed. The of fabric harts were improved greatly. batts of X - shaped three - dimensional a little lower.
