摘要
建立某大客车无蒙皮的客车骨架有限元模型和附带侧围及顶盖蒙皮的有限元模型,对该车与货车的侧面碰撞进行仿真分析。结果表明,在客车侧面碰撞过程中,蒙皮起到了加强整车结构耐撞性和缓冲吸收部分碰撞能量的作用。因此,为提高客车侧面碰撞仿真结果的精确度和可信度,不应忽略蒙皮的影响。
Two finite element models of a large bus/coach are built with/without body skins of side and roof based on the bus/coach frame,and the side impact with a truck against the bus/coach is simulated.The results show that the body skin can strengthen the crashworthiness and absorb a part of the collision energy during the side impact.Therefore,in order to improve the accuracy and reliability of the simulation results,the body skin should not be ignored in side impact simulation.
