摘要
通过x射线衍射分析研究混凝土中各矿物成分对钢筋锈蚀的影响。结果表明:(1)氧化钙、氢氧化钙含量不足以维持碱性环境稳定是钢筋锈蚀重要原因;(2)外界酸性环境促使混凝土中钙矾石二次生成,破坏混凝土结构耐久性,加速钢筋锈蚀;(3)试件中水化硅酸钙含量的不足导致混凝土密实度低于要求,致使钢筋受到侵蚀破坏。
Influence of mineral composition in reinforced concrete for steel corrosion was studied by X-ray diffraction.As the experiment showed that lacking of calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide to support the stability of alkaline environment was the main reason for steel corrosion.The second generation of Ettringite,resulting from the outside environment,damaged the durability of reinforced concrete structure,thus,accelerating the speed of steel corrosion.Being lack of hydration calcium silicate resulted in the density of reinforced concrete bellowing the requirement lead to steel corrosion.
