摘要
目的体外研究分析维拉帕米注射液对硅油乳化的影响。方法建立体外人眼模型,因加入硅油和不同干扰因素分为3组:A组:硅油4.0mL和BSS0.5mL;B组:硅油4.0mL和含维拉帕米0.5mg的BSS溶液0.5mL;C组:乳化硅油4.0mL和含维拉帕米0.5mg的BSS溶液0.5mL。在37℃恒温气浴摇床中振荡,120r.min-1。由一名非相关实验人员在暗视野显微镜下观察各组1周、2周、4周、8周硅油乳化情况并计数硅油乳化颗粒。比较各组硅油乳化情况的差异性。结果 A组加入药物后1周、2周、4周、8周硅油乳化颗粒数目分别为:3.47±1.08、5.23±1.06、9.57±1.57、15.29±1.06;B组硅油乳化颗粒数目分别为:7.48±2.82、22.80±5.58、29.60±10.21、54.01±15.36;C组硅油乳化颗粒数目分别为:5.62±1.60、10.84±2.63、32.95±12.71、61.31±5.23。随着时间延长,硅油乳化颗粒数目逐渐增加(F=22.515,P<0.05);各组之间差异有统计学意义(F=8.330,P<0.05)。结论在体外研究中,同一条件下作用时间越长,硅油乳化颗粒越多。维拉帕米组与BSS组相比,硅油乳化颗粒有增加趋势。维拉帕米注射液对硅油乳化具有促进作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of verapamil injection on silicone oil emulsification in vitro.MethodsIn vitro human eye models were established,which were divided into three groups according silicone oil and different interference factors,group A（4.0 mL silicone oil and 0.5 mL BSS）,group B（4.0 mL silicone oil and 0.5 mL BSS with 0.5 mg verapamil）and group C（4.0 mL emulsive silicone oil and 0.5 mL BSS with 0.5 mg verapamil）.The models were placed on a rotating shaker with gas bath at 37℃ with a rate of 120 r·min-1.Conditions of silicone oil emulsification and number of silicone oil emulsification particles were observed by a irrelative laboratory technician under dark field microscopy at 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after adding verapamil.The differences of silicone oil emulsification were compared among groups.ResultsAt 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after adding verapamil,the numbers of silicone oil emulsification were 3.47±1.08,5.23±1.06,9.57±1.57,and 15.29±1.06 in group A,7.48±2.82,22.80±5.58,29.60±10.21 and 54.01±15.36 in group B,5.62±1.60,10.82±2.63,32.95±12.71 and 61.31±5.23 in group C.The number of silicone oil particles was gradually increased with time（F=22.515,P0.05）,and difference was found among groups（F=8.330,P0.05）.ConclusionsAt the same condition,the longer the treatment time,the more the silicone oil particles in vitro study.Compared with BSS group,an increasing dependency of silicone oil emulsification particles is found in verapamil group.Verapamil injection has an improvement effect on silicone oil emulsification.
