摘要
龙滩水电站3号机组运行3年多来,水导轴承摆度呈逐渐上升趋势,最大达0.5 mm。利用机组C修机会,对机组的轴线进行了检查,根据实测的水导瓦间隙,推导出了非标准圆的最佳中心,找到了水导轴承处轴心的最佳位置,按此轴位重新分配了水导瓦间隙,经过开机试验,效果良好,证明新方法是可行的。
Over three years since 3# unit of Longtan Hydropower Station was put into operation,the throw of the water guide bearing has been becoming larger and larger,even reaching 0.5mm.When the unit undergoes C maintenance,its axial line is checked.The best center of non-standard circle is derived from actually measured shoe clearance of the bearing,and the best position of its axle center is found out,on which shoe clearance of the bearing is reallocated.The new method is proved to be feasible after the unit is started to work well.
