摘要
针对汽车覆盖件在传统冲压工艺中方案难以确定,需反复进行试模的问题,引入了板料成形有限元分析软件Autoform对汽车保险杠板料进行冲压仿真,准确预测了板料在成形过程中可能出现的缺陷,从而在汽车保险杠模具加工前对设计方案进行及时调整,使得修模工作量减少50%以上。
Aim at it is difficult to determine the automotive covering parts in the scheme of traditional stamping technology,which needs repeated test mold,introduced sheetforming finite element software Autoform to do stamp simulation for automotive bumper sheets,accurately predict the defects may find out during sheet metal foaming process,thus make on time adjustment for design scheme before mechaning of automotive bumper mold,reduce more than 50% of the reparing mold workload.
