摘要
为了促进芳基醛亚胺的有效合成,研究了乳酸乙酯做主溶剂,水做极性改性剂条件下,芳香醛与芳香胺的合成反应.结果表明,室温下,在乳酸乙酯-水混合溶剂体系中,芳基醛亚胺产物可在0.2~60 min直接从反应溶液中析出结晶,且不需进一步纯化,产率可达到85%~96%.该方法操作简单,绿色环保.
In order to promote the synthesis of aryl aldimines efficiently,the solvent system,ethyl lactate as a main solvent and the water as a polarity modifier,was investigated in the reaction of aromatic aldehyde and amine.The experimental results showed that in the presence of ethyl lactate and water solvent system,the products could be crystallized directly out of the solution within 0.2-60 minutes under the ambient condition in excellent yield of 85%-96% with no further purification.The synthetic method was easy-operational and eco-friendly.
