摘要
利用改装的自升式悬臂钻井平台安装简易平台的工作原理和工作流程,将综合安全评估的方法用于对自升式悬臂钻井平台安装简易平台方案可行性研究,从安全评估的角度论证了自升式海洋钻井船经过简单改造用于安装简易平台的可行性,说明了综合安全评估方法在海洋工程中的应用框架和步骤,探讨了FSA由理论到实际应用的可行性.
According to the current situation,which ocean engineering market is tight schedule,large floating crane is scare and expensive for renting,the paper discusses the working principle and the workflow of installing the facility platform with self-elevating drilling unit,and applies formal safety assessment to the research on the feasibility of refitting self-elevating drilling unit to install facility platform.The feasibility of refitting is demonstrated in the safety assessment angel.This paper introduces the framework of applying the safe assessment to ocean engineering,and the feasibility of putting the theory into practice is explored about FSA.
