摘要妊娠期高血压疾病（hypertensive disorders in pregnancy）是妊娠期特有的疾病。该病严重影响母婴健康,是孕产妇和围产儿病率和病死率的主要原因。至今病因未明。从免疫学观点看,妊娠被认为是成功的自然同种异体移植,正常妊娠的维持有赖于胎儿母体间免疫平衡的建立和稳定，如这种平衡被打破，即可导致发生免疫排斥反应，
