摘要
目的:结合临床表现及CT表现,提高对肠系膜囊肿的认识。方法:对本院6例经手术病理证实的肠系膜囊肿的临床、CT表现及结合文献分析。结果:腹痛、腹胀、腹部肿物为主要症状与体征,急性腹膜炎、急性或慢性肠梗阻为主要合并症。CT表现为腹腔内单房或多房囊性肿块,囊肿边界清晰、锐利,囊壁薄且均匀,无壁结节,囊内为水样密度影。结论:根据本组病例的临床、CT表现并结合文献分析可以提高肠系膜囊肿的诊断准确率。
Objective：To improve the comprehension of mesenteric cyst by clinical and CT manifestations.Methods：We analyzed mesenteric cyst clinical and CT manifestation of six cases in our hospital which were verified through operation and related documents.Results：Abdominal pain,abdominal distention and abdominal mass were the main symptoms and physical signs,and acute peritonitis,acute chronic intestinal obstruction were the main complications.CT showed that unilocular or multilocular cystic mass was in abdominal cavity,the cyst edge was clear and sharp,cyst wall was thin and uniform without tubercle,and aqueous density image was found in the cyst.Conclusion：The mesenteric cyst diagnostic rate of accuracymay be improved through clinical and CT manifestations with combination of related documents
