摘要
原采用DISA线生产的QT600-3行星架,个别搭子出现缩松缺陷。通过工艺和工装模具改进,废品率下降到11.7%;采用东久线代替DISA线,并将铸件厚大部分放于上型,通过华铸CAE/InteCAST模拟软件进行铸造工艺模拟和优化,生产结果显示废品率下降到1.84%。
DISA molding line had been used formerly to produce the planetary stand cast with QT600-3 grade nodular iron,and shrinkage porosities occurred in some bosses.By improvement of casting method and pattern-tools,the rejection rate has been reduced to 11.7%.Later the Toku molding line was adopted as the substitute of DISA line and put heavy part of the casting into the cope,as well as the casting process was simulated with Huazhu CAE / InteCAST software.The production result showed that the rejection rate has been reduced to 1.84%.
