摘要
研究了合金中稀土含量及时效工艺对Al-Mg-Si合金汽车板材耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,在一定的时效状态下,加入稀土有利于改善合金的性能。稀土的加入使合金腐蚀速度减小,腐蚀变得均匀,腐蚀程度显著减轻。稀土含量为0.2%时最佳,但稀土的加入易形成溶质贫化区,产生晶界电偶腐蚀,加重了合金的剥落腐蚀。
Effects of rare earth(RE) content and aging treatment on the corrosion behavior of Al-Mg-Si alloys for automotive body sheet were investigated.The results show that at given aging treatment,RE element can decrease corrosion rate and improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy,and optimum content of RE is 0.2%.However,RE can make the alloy to form solute depletion zone and grain boundary corrosion,aggravating the exfoliation corrosion of alloys.
