摘要
市民社会理论在马克思主义理论体系中居于重要地位,在当代中国具有重大的理论价值和现实意义。因此,发展社会主义民主,加强社会建设,就必须充分重视和发挥社团的组织和媒介功能。针对目前社团立法严重滞后于其发展的客观现实,本文认为,应该以市民社会理论为指导,结合当代中国的实际,积极完善社团立法,为社团发展提供良好的法律环境。
Civil society theory occupies an important position in Marxist theory system,it still holds great theoretical value and practical significance in contemporary era.In order to develop socialist democracy and strengthen social construction,we must pay full attention to social organizations and the media function,for the reality of current legislation of association seriously lags behind its development needs,the current urgent task is to actively improve the legislation of association,to provide a sound legal environment for the development of social organizations.In this process,the primary issue is to make the core mission of legislation of association clear.This paper argues that we should take civil society theory as the guide,with the realities of contemporary China,analysis and clarify the core mission of association legislation and other major key issues.
