摘要
研究了喷涂铝涂层的45 钢板在无扩散和扩散处理的不同热处理条件下,铝涂层的扩散情况,并对扩散处理后的试样与1Cr18Ni9Ti 不锈钢试样进行抗高温氧化性的对比试验,证明了经过扩散处理的涂覆铝涂层45 钢抗高温氧化性不低于1Cr18Ni9Ti 不锈钢。
Through studing on the spread state of Al coating in different heat treatment conditions of no spread and spread,and doing resistance-high temperature oxidization comparable test between the spreaded sample and 1Cr18Ni 9Ti stainless steel proves that the resistance-high-temperature oxidization of the AL coating layer 45 steel is higher than 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel after spread treatment.
