多粒度尺寸钛酸钡陶瓷介电性能的水致失效研究

摘要 研究了粒度为300nm、1μm和10μm的三组钛酸钡陶瓷在电解液中分别浸泡0h、24h和48h的介电性能,结果表明,水浸泡处理会使小粒度陶瓷样品(300nm和1μm)的介电性能发生明显劣化,而大粒度的样品(10μm)则表现出了较好的稳定性,这是由小粒度陶瓷样品的尺寸效应所引起的. A series of barium titanate ceramics were synthesized by precursor powder with grain sizes 300nm、1μm and 10μm.Dielectric properties were characterized after the pellets were immersed in a 0.01 M NaOH solution for 0h、24h and 48h.Results showed that the dielectric properties of 300nm and 1μm samples were greatly degraded after the treatment while the sample with grain size 10μm showed no distinct change.This could be induced by the size effect of ceramics with small grain sizes.
