摘要
通过分析企业交易中可能出现的外部性问题,结合企业合约理论,构建适用于分析不同体制环境下企业的激励制度结构——一种市场、产权、薪酬与晋升相互作用的结构。在这样的结构下,经济转轨中的企业重构,主要表现为:一是通过外部市场建立,为员工能力和努力程度提供准确的度量信息,以此构筑保证产权激励、薪酬激励和晋升有效率的信息基础;二是通过产权改革,提高企业所有者搜集和利用上述信息的内在动力。两方面相辅相成,缺一不可。
By analyzing the external problems which might be happened in business transactions,and taking enterprise contract theory into consideration,an incentive system applicable to analyze different enterprise system environment is constructed-—a structure with the mutual interaction of market,property right,salary and promotion.Under the structure,enterprise reconstruction in economic transition is presented as the following:First,try to provide accurate measurement information to the ability and the diligence of employees by establishing an external market,and make it the basis to guarantee property right incentive,salary incentive and promotion efficiency.Second,try to improve the ability of the enterprise owners to search and use the above mentioned information through property right reform.The two points complement each other,and both are indispensable.
