摘要
随着计算机技术的发展，通信技术与网络技术日渐成熟，许多企业单位都实行了办公自动化，即是通过先进的技术。各种设备、各种人机信息系统来协助完成以前各种人工办公业务，来达到提高办公效率和工作质量的目的。医院0A系统也不例外，它也是把医院的人员、信息、业务流程、组织机构、办公自动化技术与设备结合为一个数据处理系统来自动处理日常的一些办公工作。本文主要介绍我院目前0A系统的现状，与在实际的操作过程遇到的一些问题，通过必要的改进来达到提高整个医院的办公效率的目的。
With the development of computer technology,communications technology and network technology matures,many companies have implemented office automation unit,that is,through advanced technology,a variety of equipment,a variety of human-computer information system to assist in the completion of the previous artificial office operations,to achieve greater office efficiency and work quality.OA hospital system is no exception,it is also the hospital personnel,information,business processes,organization,office automation technology and equipment combined into a data processing system to automate some routine office work.This paper describes the current OA hospital system status,and the actual operation in some of the problems encountered by the necessary improvements to the hospital to improve office efficiency.
