WX3-5602控缝高压裂技术研究与实践

摘要 吐哈温米油田属于低压、低渗油藏,需要进行压裂改造提高油井产量,但对于存在同层水或底水油藏,则难度较大,必须采取有效措施严格控制缝高延伸,提高压裂效果。本文以WX3-5602底水油藏为例,从缝高控制机理入手,分别从地层压力、射孔厚度、压裂液体、支撑剂选择等方面进行了充分研究,确定了低前置液、小排量、多段塞加砂的方法,通过控制套压变化达到控缝高的目的,并采用低粘度的低伤害压裂液体系,并一举取得成功,缝高严格控制在10米以内,为吐哈油田层内控缝高压裂技术提供了宝贵的经验。 Tuha wenmi oil field needs to be fractured to enhance oil production due to its low pressure and low permeability,and it is difficult to exploit the oil-water layer or bottom-water reservoirs,so we have to take effective measures to control fracture height extension and improve fracturing effects.This paper takes the WX3-5602 bottom-water reservoir for an example.Firstly study the mechanism of controlling fracture-height,and then analyze the formation pressure,perforation thickness,fracturing liquid and proppant etc.lastly use the methods of low preflush,low displacement and multi-slug sand fracturing to control fracture height by controlling casing pressure,meanwhile,adopt low damage fracturing fluids system with low viscosity to control the fracture height within 10m,which provides the valuable experience for fracturing techniques with interlayer fracture height controlling in Tuha oilfield.
