摘要
研究了盐酸法生产饲料级磷酸氢钙的工艺过程和工艺条件,盐酸浸取磷矿石的最佳条件为:盐酸浓度25％,使用量105％～110％,反应温度50～60℃,反应时间20～30min。生产饲料级磷酸氢钙的关键是脱氟,使用脱氟剂,生产出了含氟量<0.18％的合格产品。
The technological process and condition of producing feedstuff - grade calcium monophosphate by the means of hydrochloric acid leaching is studied. The optinum process condition of hydrochloric acid - leaching for phosphate ore are stasted as following; (1) the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 25% ; (2) the amount of hydrochloric acid is 105%-110% ; (3) the reaction temperature is 50-60℃; (4) the reaction time is 20 -30 min. The important step for producing feedstuff - grade calcium monophosphate is defluorination. With the defluorinating agent, the good quality product which contain fluorine less than 0.18% has been obtained.
