摘要 在交通综合应急指挥决策体系中,一个非常重要的理念是能够让指挥员针对当时的形势快速做出正确的决策.探讨了运用GIS技术手段及时、快速地获取交通险情信息以辅助决策,讨论将动态分段、缓冲区分析、网络分析等GIS空间分析功能以模型的方式通过ArcServer 9.3发布到服务器,客户端通过FLEX调用模型完成相应分析.该开发技术具有简洁高效的特点,所建系统具有很好的扩展性、灵活性和易维护性. An important philosophy in the integrated traffic command system enbaled the director to adopt proper decision effectively depend on the current situation.It was discussed the resolution of traffic problem by using GIS technique which could provide traffic information timely and exactly,therefore,support the director to make decision.The technique included was modeling the buffer analysis,network analysis in the ArcGIS desktop,then publishing them as resources through ArcGIS Server,so the client could use FLEX API to invoke the models′ functions to complete the analysis.The technique had characteristics of simplicity and efficiency,the system built by it had a good scalability,flexbility and easy maintenance.
