摘要
目的:掌握老年患者用药情况,分析不合理用药。方法:对510例老年病科住院患者用药医嘱进行回顾性分析,统计存在的不合理用药情况。结果:联合用药品种多,剂量未根据体质调整,药物相互作用出现较多为主要存在的不合理现象。结论:老年病科患者的不合理用药情况应该被重视,应该减少联合用药,及时调整剂量和减少疗程,以更好地提高用药的合理性。
OBJECTIVE：To probe into the drug use in elderly patients and analyze the irrational drug use.METHODS：We conducted a retrospective analysis on the medication orders for 510 elderly patients from the Department of Geriatrics and performed a statistical analysis on the irrational drug use.RESULTS：The irrational drug use manifested prominently as the following：many kinds of drugs used in combination,dosage unadjusted in accordance with patients’ body condition and frequent drug interactions.CONCLUSION：Great importance should be attached to the irrational drug use in elderly patients.It is advisable to reduce the rate of combined drug use,timely adjust the dosage and shorten course of treatment to further improve the rationality of drug use in elderly patients
