摘要
研究了８—羟基喹啉与ＮＯ２－ － 磺胺重氮盐偶联反应的条件及其产物的极谱行为。二阶导数波高与ＮＯ２－ 的浓度在０．００２～０．２ ｍ ｇ／Ｌ内呈良好的线性关系，回收率为９８％ ～１０３％ ，已用于环境水样中ＮＯ２－ 的测定。
The coupling reaction condition of 8-Hydroxyquinoline with NO\-2\+--Sulphanilamide diazotium salt and their polarographic behavior was studied.Linear relationship between secondary derivative wave height and concentration of NO\-2\+- can be obtained in the range of 0.002~0.2mg/l.The method has been applied to determing NO\-2\+- in environmental water with the recovery of 98~103%.
