摘要
刮板输送机是煤矿采煤工作面的关键设备之一,由于刮板输送机使用环境特殊且必须满足与其它设备的配套要求,因此其设计过程复杂。但每种新的机型大都是已有机型的变型设计,因此可在一个产品系列内识别出其产品平台,即共享的模块和零部件,在此基础上进行产品设计及配置,提高工作效率。
Armored face conveyor is the key equipment in coal mining.Because the working environment is special and other equipments should match armored face conveyor,the design is complex.Each new type is designed based on the initial type,so the product platform can be identified in a product series.Product design and configuration of armored face conveyor based on product platform can reduce workload,and improve work efficiency.
