摘要
企业档案是企业重要的信息资源,企业档案信息化建设是企业信息化工程的一部分,关系到企业的发展。当前,企业档案信息化建设中存在的问题主要是,企业档案信息化建设发展不平衡,企业档案信息化的基础条件薄弱,技术、资金不足,人才缺乏,企业档案信息管理与其他信息管理没有实现有效衔接。在网络环境下加强企业档案信息化建设,应加快企业档案信息化标准规范的制定,重视企业档案信息管理系统的设计和管理软件的选择与开发,加强信息技术人才的引进和档案人员信息技术知识的培训,提高档案人员运用信息技术的技能,引导档案人员适应信息化要求。
The enterprise archive is an important information resource, and the information construction on enterprise archive is a part of enterprise information project and has a close bearing on its development. Now the main problems are that its development is uneven, its infrastructure is weak, technology and funds are insumcient, talents are short, and the information management on enterprise archive is not combined with other information management effectively in information construction of enterprise archive. In network environment, we should institute standard and code on enterprise archive information quickly, value the design on management system and choice and development on management software, increase introduction to talents of information technology and training on information technology for archive personnel, increase archive personnel＇s skills of using information technology, and help them adapt to iaformation demand.
