摘要
云南省高校合并后产生了积极影响,但是出现了一些消极问题,比如管理职责和利益调整难、学科融合和发展难、办学特色整合难、发展资金筹措难、培养质量控制难等等,和合思想可为解决这些问题提供有益的借鉴。
While the combination of colleges in Yunnan Province has positive influence, some negative problems also come along. For example, it is.difficuh to adjust responsibility and benefit in management, to merge and develop scientifically, to integrate characteristics of education, to raise fund for development, to control quality and so on. The idea of harmony can provide positive reference for resolving these problems.
