摘要
因100吨油压机的电气控制系统经常发生故障,对其进行分析、改造,把原来的继电器控制改为PLC控制线路,机械式行程开关定位改为电感式接近开关定位,大大提高了设备控制性能,有效地降低了设备故障率。
This paper presents the analysis of general malfunction in the electrical control system of 100t hydraulic pressure machine.The relay control is reformed by programmable logic controller and the mechanical limit switch is replaced by inductive proximity switch,which has greatly improved the control ability and effectively reduced the occurrence of disorders of the system.
