摘要
简要剖析了床身导轨面传统加工工艺,通过设备改造、采用组合串刀刀架系统及反变形加工工艺,大大提高了床身的加工效率及加工质量,解决了传统加工工艺存在的加工效率瓶颈及淬火变形大的问题。
This article analyzes the machining techniques of lathe bedway.It can greatly increase the machining efficiency and accuracy of the lathe bedway by equipment innovation,series connection of turrets system and backward deformation processing technique.At the same time,it solves the low efficiency of the production and quenching deformation problem which can't be solved in the traditional processing techniques.
