摘要
采用减压深拔技术的减压炉因其较高的炉出口温度将可能导致被加热油品出现结焦。文章从理论和工程实例两方面就深拔型减压炉炉管扩径设计对管内油膜温度产生的影响进行了分析,为今后深拔型减压炉的炉管扩径设计提供了理论参考。
Because of the higher exit temperature of vacuum furnace that adopts deep—cut technique, coking may occur in heated oil.This paper analyzes the impacts of coil expanding design on the temperature of oil film from two aspects, including theoretical aspect and engineering example. The results of this paper provide theoretical reference for the future coil expanding design of deep—cut vacuum furnace.
