摘要
目前,政府中心引起的治理失效、社会与政治问题要求治理方式必须适时作出变革以应对当今社会出现的各种挑战,而技术变革则起了推动作用。从协同治理的理论、体制、人员、实践维度的分析可推出,协同治理适应技术变革的要求,为解决当前的问题提供了强大的理论与实践资源,因此将成为治道变革的一种战略选择。
At present,the governance impotence and the social as well as the political problems which are caused by the governmental centralization require that governance manner should be reformed and adjusted in order to meet all kinds of challenges in the modern society.The technology reform may serves as a driving force.From the perspective of the synergy-governance theory,and the analysis of the system,the personnel,and the practice dimension,we may draw the conclusion that the synergy-governance is necessary for the technology reform,and that it can provide the theory and the practice resources for solving the current problems.Therefore,it will become a strategical choice for governance reform
