支气管阻塞器用于胸腔镜手术的单肺通气效果的比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨支气管阻塞器在单肺通气中的效果。方法对30例胸腔镜需单肺通气的手术患者随机分为支气管阻塞器组与双腔支气管导管组,比较两组单肺通气时的效果及术后的不良反应。结果支气管阻塞器在单肺通气的效果好,术后不良反应发生率低。结论支气管阻塞器在单肺通气时优于双腔支气管导管,术后不良反应少。
