杭州市拱墅区居民尿碘检测分析 被引量:3

Urinary iodine levels among residents in gongshu district of Hangzhou city

摘要 目的:监测杭州市拱墅区居民尿碘水平,评价居民碘营养状况。方法:采用区域分层整群随机抽样方法,采集1087名大于6岁的居民晨尿进行碘含量检测。结果:居民尿碘范围为7.7μg/L^2486.8μg/L,中位数为164.0μg/L;尿碘水平<100μg/L的人群占22.3%,100μg/L^299μg/L的占63.3%,≥300μg/L的占14.4%。6岁~10岁组尿碘含量相对较高。结论:拱墅区居民碘营养状况良好。 Objective:To understand the status of iodine nutrition among residents over the age of 6 in gongshu district of Hangzhou city.Methods: With stratified cluster random sampling,totally 1087 urine samples from three communities were detected by national standards of urinary iodine.Results: The range of urinary iodine was 7.7 μg/L^2486.8 μg/L and the median of urinary iodine was 164.0 μg/L among the residents.The percentages of the residents with urinary iodine 100 μg/L,100 μg/L^299 μg/L,≥300 μg/L were 22.3%,63.3% and 14.4%.The 6~10 age group has a relatively higher urinary iodine level among all age groups.Conclusion: The iodine nutrition of residents in gongshu district of Hangzhou city is in good condition.
