摘要 目的:改进现有利用高效液相色谱仪检测动物性食品中克伦特罗残留量的国标方法。方法:采用液-液萃取和固相萃取提取纯化样品,利用高效液相色谱法,Hypersil-C18柱,流动相为0.1%甲酸的乙腈0.1%甲酸的乙酸铵水溶液(25-75)。结果:此方法检测限为0.05 mg/kg,方法精密度RSD=4.46%,回收率为88.0%-93.4%。结论:本方法对国标方法的样品处理过程和标准溶液配置过程以及色谱条件均进行了改进,优化了色谱条件,简化样品处理过程,降低方法检出限,具有更好的灵敏度、精密度和准确度。 Objective:To improve the method in National Standards for determination of Clenbuterol Residues in Meat Food by HPLC.Methods: The clenbuterol in sample was extracted and separated by Liquid-liquid extraction and solid phase extraction.The separation was performed on Hypersil-C18 Column with elution using 1% formic acid in acetonitrile and 1% formic acid aqueous solution of ammonium acetate(25-75).Results: The detection limits of this method is 0.05 mg/kg,the relative standard is 4.46%,and the recoveries ranging from 88.0% to 93.4%.Conclusion: The improved method is more sensitive and accurate,may apply extensively to determine clenbuterol residues in meat food.
