摘要
目的:建立染发剂中13种染料的HPLC测定方法。方法:样品经乙醇-水超声提取后,过滤后进样检测。以磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1 m l/m in,检测波长为203 nm。结果:在给定浓度范围内各染料的峰面积与浓度具有良好的线性关系。平均回收率为96.2%-112.3%,相对标准偏差为0.39%-9.87%(n=6)。结论:本方法可同时测定染发剂中13种染料。
Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determination of 13 colorants in hair dyes by high performance liquid chromatograpghy.Methods: After ultrasonic extraction with ethanol-water,samples were analyzed by HPLC.With 2.5 mmol/L PBS(pH=6.0)-acetonitrile as mobile phase in gradient elution with a flow rate of 1 ml/min and detection wavelength of 203 nm.Results: In a given concentration range,the peak areas and concentrations of colorants had good linear relationships.The average recoveries of the method were 96.2%~112.3% with relative standard deviations of 0.39%~9.87%(n=6).Conclusion: This method is suitable for simultaneous determination of 13 colorants in hair dyes.
