摘要
探索柞蚕产卵量的遗传规律,对柞蚕产卵性状的遗传改良具有重要指导意义。以柞蚕新品种582和宽青为对交亲本分别配制F1和F2,用主基因-多基因分离分析法研究其产卵量的遗传规律,结果表明:柞蚕杂交组合582×宽青的产卵量由2对主基因控制,同时受微效多基因修饰,其中,主基因遗传率占43.84%,多基因遗传率占5.81%。值得注意的是,环境因素对柞蚕产卵量的影响较大,环境方差占总表型方差的比率达50.35%,因此,环境因素对产卵量的影响不容忽视。研究结果提示,在排除环境因素干扰的情况下,通过固定有利于提高产卵量的主基因,完全可以对柞蚕品种的产卵性状进行遗传改良。
Understanding the genetic regularity of weight of eggs produced by Antheraea pernyi will provide important guidance to the genetic improvement of egg laying trait of Antheraea pernyi.In present study,new Antheraea pernyi varieties named 582 and Kuanqing were used as cross parents to prepare F1 and F2 progenies,and major gene multiple gene segregation and analysis method was employed to study the genetic regularity on weight of produced eggs.The results showed that weight of produced eggs by Antheraea pernyi cross combination 582×Kuanqing was controlled by two pairs of major genes and was modified by multiple micro-effect genes.Among them,genetic ratio of major genes was 43.84%,and that of the multiple genes was 5.81%.It was worth noting that environmental factors had great influence to weight of produced eggs by Antheraea pernyi.The environmental variance accounted for 50.35% in the total phenotypic variance.Therefore,the influence of environmental factors on weight of produced eggs should not be neglected.These results suggested that,on condition that the interference from environmental factors is eliminated,a genetic improvement on egg laying trait to Antheraea pernyi variety can be achieved though fixing major genes contributing to high egg laying feature.
