摘要
目的探讨小儿腹股沟斜疝手术技巧。方法对2004年7月至2010年3月493例进行择期手术的小儿腹股沟斜疝患者,采用下腹横皮纹小切口手术处理。结果患者手术顺利,手术时间(20.0±5.0)min,住院时间(3.0±0.5)d;术后无明显并发症出现。结论择期小儿腹股沟斜疝应用下腹横皮纹小切口手术处理,手术时间、住院时间短,创伤小,痛苦少,瘢痕小,恢复快。
Objective To explore the skill of operation of indirect hernia in children.Methods Four hundred and ninety-three cases with indirect hernia were selected and given small transverse incisions in lower abdomen operation.Results The surgery was uneventful,and the mean operative time was（20.0±5.0）min,mean hospital stay was（3.0±0.5）days;Patients without significant complications after operation.Conclusion Small transverse incisions in lower abdomen for indirect hernia of children have shorter operation time,shorter hospital stay,less trauma,less pain,small scar and quicker recovery,etc.
