摘要
研究了以Al2(SO4)3、Fe2(SO4)3为改性剂对天然膨润土进行改性,并以改性后的膨润土为絮凝剂,探讨了对高岭土悬浊液废水的浊度去除效果。研究表明,适宜改性剂浓度为0.1mol.L-1,适宜的废水pH值为10、用土量为0.1g、搅拌时间为3min、搅拌速度为6r.s-1;天然膨润土无任何絮凝效果,Al2(SO4)3改性膨润土絮凝剂在适宜条件下对废水悬浮颗粒的去除率达90%以上。而且改性膨润土絮凝剂较硫酸铝絮凝剂有更宽的pH值适用范围和更快的絮凝沉降速度。
The modification of natural bentonite by Al2(SO4)3 and Fe2(SO4)3 and the tests for treating kaolin clay suspending liquid wastewater were studied.The concentration of the modifier was also studied and the suitable concentration was 0.1mol·L-1.The experimental results showed that the suitable conditions were 0.1g、10、3min and 6r·s-1;The experimental results also showed that the removal rate of suspended particles can be up to more than 90%.When we useed Al2(SO4)3 as flocculants alone,the turidity of wastewater reduce a litte.Compared to Al2(SO4)3,the modified-bentonite flocculants have wider range of pH vatlue,quicker flocculation-sedimentation velocity and larger formed-flocs.
