摘要
论述了利用原有800合成塔,将原料气净化系统由铜洗工艺改造为等高压醇烷化双甲工艺的实施过程。介绍了高压醇化和高压烷化的反应原理、工艺流程和主要设备;对比了改造前后的运行参数和工艺消耗指标;提出了进一步整改措施。结果表明,改造后吨氨成本由64.9元降低到14元,甲醇产能增加1 t/d。
Author has discussed the implementation process of the methanol and methane processes in which the purification system for raw gas was reformed from copper wash process to equipressure alcoholization and alkylation.Author has also introduced the reaction principle,process flow and main equipment for high pressure alcoholization and high pressure alkylation,has compared the operating parameters and process consume indexes before and after reformation;has proposed the further reforming measures.Result indicates that the cost per ton of ammonia is reduced from 64.9 Yuan RMB to 14 Yuan RMB,the capacity of methanol is increased to 1 t/d after reformation.
