摘要
研究了磁铁矿烧结过程初期液相的形成及加入B2O3 对初期液相粘度的影响。实验表明:初期液相形成于FeOn—CaO—SiO2 系;初期液相的粘度随B2O3 含量的增加而降低。对B2O3 降低初期液相粘度的原因进行了理论分析,并通过红外光谱及电子能谱测定证实了分析结论的可靠性。
The formation of primary liquid and effect of B 2O 3 addition on the viscosity of primary liquid in magnetite sintering process has been investigated.The result show that the primary liquid is formed in the system FeO n—CaO—SiO 2 and the viscosity of primary liquid is reduced with increasing B 2O 3.The reason for that was theoretically analysed.Reliability of conclusions was further confirmed by means of infrared spectra and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
