摘要
原发性硬化性胆管炎(PSC)是一种原因不明的慢性胆汁淤积性自身免疫性肝病,其确切的发病机制尚未明确,可能与遗传、免疫、损伤等多种因素有关,诊断及治疗均较为困难。本文就原发性硬化性胆管炎的治疗作一综述,以期加深对该病的了解,为进一步的临床治疗提供依据。
Primary sclerosing cholangitis is a chronic autoimmune cholestatic liver disease with unclear etiology,which may refer to genetics,immunology and injury factors.It is very difficult to diagnose and treat.This article introduces the studies of the therapy of PSC to further understand the disease of PSC and provide new evidences for treating PSC
